Ketcham Memorial Center has a long history of providing excellent long term nursing care. Over the past few years, the facility has been recognized for excellence in nursing care through the recently developed national Nursing Home Compare Five-Star quality rating system. KMC is a 5-Star skilled nursing facility ranking higher than any facility in Daviess County along with one of the highest ranking Medicare and/or Medicaid certified facilities in the State of Indiana. The scores are derived from the results of the annual Indiana State Department of Health annual licensure and recertification process. In 2011, the facility attained the highest survey results possible with no state or federal deficiencies cited. We are proud that the Indiana State Department of Health recognizes KMC’s commitment to long term care excellence!

REHABILITATION SERVICES

We are experts in rehabilitation. The purpose of rehabilitation is to accelerate healing and improve the quality of daily life for our guests and residents. We have a dedicated 4,000 square foot rehabilitation and wellness center where we provide short-term, inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation.
Ketcham has a dedicated staff of local therapists consisting of licensed physical, occupational and speech therapists available 7 days a week. Our therapists provide customized one-on-one treatment and work together with you and your doctor to help reach your rehabilitation goals.

Long Term Care

Long term care is available for those who can no longer be cared for at home. For those who make Ketcham Memorial their home, we deliver the most passionate care with a full team of care givers to keep each resident engaged and flourishing in a home-style environment. Residents at Ketcham feel like they are a part of a family creating relationships with their neighbors and staff.

All persons at Ketcham work together to create a lifestyle that is unique as your loved one. Under the guidance of an attending physician, nursing, therapy and life enrichment activities are customized to the needs and preferences of each individual.

Transportation

Ketcham provides transportation services to all of our residents. Whether it be to a doctor’s appointment, running errands, or to one of our many fun activities, we help get our residents get where they need to go!
