On behalf of the board of directors and administration, we would like to recognize our maintenance department.
- Larry Meek knows everything about everything on our campus! Larry has been with us for over 20 years and is the Maintenance Supervisor.
- Elmer Mejean keeps our campus looking great and our landscape pristine. Elm has been with us for 3 years.
- John Scott is our newest member of the maintenance team. What an impact John has made in his first month with us. John’s skills and willingness to help Ketcham is a blessing.
For those that do not know, 14 resident rooms were impacted from the flash flooding on June 29/30. While the walls were not damaged from the inside of the building, water was able get through our exterior brick walls and damaged insulation. These guys were proactive with inspecting for potential damage and did find moisture damage. They got right on it and have worked with ServPro of Vincennes to remove the damaged materials and get the rooms dried out. These guys have been installing new insulation, drywall, and painting, along with their other responsibilities. We want to thank them for their hard work and show how much we appreciate them!
